Saving parameters & assets on server

Hi there!

Is there a way to somehow save changes a user does on the script (eg. on a sidebar with the script running on the server - outside the editor) on the server side and then load them as default next time the patch gets run?

Also would it be possible somehow for a user to upload something (eg. texture, 3D model), modify it and then have it saved on the server? Or perhaps save all settings on an external file on the server or in a database and the load them on initialization?
