Procedural geometry creation - Skin, Extrude, Sweep ops

Hi everyone,
One of the coolest abilities of 3D softwares is the ability to take a curve, copy a geometry at each point and then create a skin surface over them.
You can quickly create complex shapes from basic primitives.

It complements nicely the Extrude SOP which is used to make primitives thicker or thinner.

Having these tools in Cables would be incredible.
